Project Budburst

Check out another great citizen science project called Project Budburst. People around the country are sharing their observations of phenological events (phenology = the study of seasonal and cyclic natural events), like the first leaves appearing, flowers blooming, fruit ripening. They've even got a nifty Google Maps mash-up of the latest posts and lots of resources for educators.
