Flower garden at Shelburne Farms in full bloom, September 29, 2007

My husband and I had a mini-honeymoon (one night) at the Inn at Shelburne Farms late last September, on the 29-30. We were fairly astonished to find the flower gardens still in full bloom -- no frosts yet, I guess. Not exactly conclusive evidence of climate change, but it certainly felt a little weird.
